 What to See Around Phuket

Promthep Cape
The southernmost end of Phuket Island with a view far out into the Andaman Sea. Promthep Cape is a relaxing place to enjoy the end of a day while watching the sun descend into the water


Phuket Town

Visit the historic heart of Phuket Town with a stroll down Talang Road and Yaowarat Road with silk and cotton shops which import fabrics from around Asia as well as sell handcrafted items from Bali, Burma, Cambodia and Laos.


Wat Chalong

Phuket's most famous Buddhist temple which once served as a refuge for local residents who fled the gang wars between rival factions of Chinese laborers. The esteemed monk, Luang Poh Chang, warded away the bad spirits and the island returned to peace. He and fellow monks are honored at the temple where devotees apply gold paper and make other offerings for protection.


Rang Hill

Towering over Phuket Town is Rang Hill where visitors may drive to the top and enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding Andaman Sea. There are restaurants and a fitness park. It's a world unto itself.

Laem Singh Beach

Laem Singh Beach offers probably one of the nicest bech to relax, swim and snorkel. This paradise beach is just 10min. south of Laguna Phuket
